Cute pic of us. BUT, if you look closely
(may have to click on the picture to make it bigger),
Julia has her tongue sticking out in this one...
...which brings us to the reason we call her our little Michael Jordan. She has started doing most anything and everything with her tongue sticking out. Is this a normal discovery or phase that I was unaware of?! Either way, it's really funny to watch her.

Poor Julia has not felt 100% much of the last 3 weeks, and I've had to apologize the couple times when I've lost my patience with her whining...especially considering that even when sick, she's still a really good baby. But when she has felt well, she has been a complete joy. She's fully mobile now between crawling, cruising, and short-distance walking and she loves every minute of exploration! She smiles and talks constantly, loves to clap for herself and hear others applaud her, and is just such a delight to be with. We love you so very, very much baby girl!

Wow! Great photos and I can remember Amelia doing something very similar quite a few times. Example: http://thebakerbuzz.blogspot.com/2007/12/christmas-playgroup-with-3-gs.html
ReplyDeleteAmelia did it when she was teething and I'll bet that's what J's doing, too?
I hope that you are both doing well and would love to see you again for a playdate soon!
Love all the tongue pics. Jacob went through that phase too. That last picture of her is AMAZING! She looks beautiful! We have got to get Paige to teach her to love the camera. ;)
ReplyDeleteyep, Grace did that too, and Lily has started doing it some. I agree with Tara that it seems to be more done during teething. And it's really cute on her! and in that one picture of her with J doing it also, her expression reminds me SO MUCH of him.
ReplyDeleteJulia may not pose for you often, but if everytime she does it produces that adorable of a picture, then oh well. That is an adorable shot of her.
Can't believe little baby girl is almost a year old soon. that's crazy. We miss you and love you all bunches!
